Privacy Policy

We believe your data belongs strictly to you. Learn how FreeToolKit prioritizes local browser processing and zero personal data collection.

Effective / Last Updated: October 12, 2026

1. Overview & Commitment to Privacy

This Privacy Policy outlines how FreeToolKit (accessible at https://allinonetoolbox.store) handles information when you visit and use our online tools.

Unlike many web applications that require user accounts and store input data in remote databases, FreeToolKit is architected from the ground up as a client-side utility suite. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or harvest personal information.

2. Client-Side Tool Processing Guarantee

Zero Server Uploads

All data you enter into our tools — including text in the Word Counter, numbers in the Loan or Percentage Calculator, images in the Image Compressor, passwords in the Password Generator, and payloads in the JSON Formatter — is processed exclusively within your device's web browser.

Your inputs never leave your computer or mobile device. They are not transmitted over our network, stored on application servers, or saved to any database. When you close or refresh your browser tab, your transient inputs are immediately cleared from local device memory.

Technical Privacy Proof
You can verify our privacy guarantee by inspecting the browser Network tab (F12 Developer Tools): processing tools does not trigger outbound HTTP POST requests containing your inputs.

3. Technical Web Server Logs

When you access allinonetoolbox.store, our web hosting infrastructure and content delivery network (CDN) automatically record standard technical access logs. These logs may contain your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the timestamp of the request.

This technical data is collected strictly for system administration, DDoS mitigation, network security, and ensuring website uptime. These server logs are maintained by the infrastructure provider and are not combined with any personal profiles.

4. Third-Party Resources & Google Fonts

FreeToolKit uses Google Fonts to display typography consistently. When your browser requests font files from Google servers, standard HTTP request metadata (such as your IP address and User-Agent) is received by Google to deliver the font assets. For more information, please consult Google's privacy policy.

We do not use invasive third-party tracking pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising cookies, or social network tracking scripts.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

FreeToolKit does not set persistent tracking or profiling cookies. The tools do not write personal data to your browser's persistent storage.

Interactive features such as 'Copy to Clipboard' utilize the standard browser Clipboard API, which requires explicit user initiation (clicking the copy button).

6. Children's Online Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)

FreeToolKit is a general-audience digital utility. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 within the European Economic Area). Because our tools do not collect personal identities, no children's data is maintained.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA/CPRA

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the European Union under GDPR or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights regarding access, deletion, and portability of personal data.

Because FreeToolKit does not collect, record, or retain your personal information, tool inputs, or user accounts, there is no database of personal records to access, modify, or delete. If you have questions regarding technical hosting logs, you may reach out to our privacy contact.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements to our architecture, legal obligations, or new tool additions. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated 'Last Updated' timestamp.
